Celebration of International Women’s Day 2026 at Ahmed Masum & Co., Chartered Accountants

Ahmed Masum & Co., Chartered Accountants celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 on 08 March 2026 at its Chattogram Branch Office in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The program was graced by Md Masum FCA, FFA FIPA, Founding Partner of the firm, who presided over the session. Aminul Islam, President of BCACP – Chattogram Regional Committee, attended the program as the Special Guest.


The event was coordinated by Ananya Barua, Articled Student of the firm. The program formally commenced after the recitation from the Holy Quran by Arju Ara Begum, Intern Student of the firm. 
In his introductory remarks, Md Masum highlighted the vital role of women as a powerful force in both professional life and society. He emphasized that women are the source of life and inspiration, and expressed his appreciation for the dedication and achievements of the female staff and students of the firm. He thanked all participants and encouraged everyone to move forward together with mutual support and cooperation.


The Special Guest, Aminul Islam, appreciated the initiatives taken by Ahmed Masum & Co. to create opportunities and supportive arrangements for both female and male CA students. He commended the firm’s commitment to the development of the chartered accountancy profession and the growth of aspiring professionals.


Rajib Karmaker, Senior Manager – Taxation of the firm, also delivered a speech highlighting the dedication, achievements, and hard work of the female students of the firm.
On this occasion, all female staff members and students were honoured with token gifts, handed over by Md Masum as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions.


In her concluding remarks, Ananya Barua expressed sincere thanks to the management and partners of the firm for their continuous support in developing both female and male students, helping them become skilled, knowledgeable, and prepared for the CA profession. She also shared how the firm’s supportive environment contributed to her success in the CA Certificate Level Examination.
The program concluded with group photographs and a joyful gathering, leaving all attendees happy to be part of this meaningful celebration.
